GOALS International Master (GOvernance and Administration of Leisure and Sports) is a two-year programme entirely taught in English (120 ECTS) and jointly operated by the University of Lille (France), the University of Lisbon (Portugal), Mykolas Romeris University (Lithuania), Nicolaus Copernicus University (Poland), and the International University of Health, Exercise & Sports - LUNEX (Luxembourg).
For this cohort 2026-2028, there are full scholarships only for students from these IPA countries: Albania, the Republic of North Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Kosovo.
Other candidates must apply as fee-waiver and self-funded students.
*As a fee-waiver, your will be exempted from the tuition fee which amount to €8,000 per year (€16,000 for the whole Master degree) for non-programme* countries and €4,000 per year (€8,000 for the whole Master degree) for programme countries.
*Programme Country means a country as defined by the ERASMUS + Programme Guide, which presently included the following EU countries; Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Ireland, Greece, Spain, France, Croatia, Italy, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Hungary, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Finland, Sweden, United Kingdom; and the following non-EU countries; former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Turkey.
